Dakota Sauce & Spice Company, Inc. is located in Sturgis, SD with administrative offices in Rapid City, SD. It began many years ago in MN at a barbeque for some friends, and it grew. First it was the BBQ Sauce then the Inferno Sauce (a hotter version of the BBQ Sauce). From there was the Smoked Turkeys with my honey beer sauce We specialize in Sauces and Spices that may be used on the barbeque grill or in the oven.

Our sauces work well with many different types of meat including buffalo, beef, pork and chicken, even fish.

Our spices will enhance the flavor of all meats, including fish.  Try Dakota Red's Ragin' Cajun if you love spicey foods.   No matter if you want to add  heat to those ribs or are a fan of Blackened Range Chicken or Salmon.  

Wild Gabe's Grub Rub started as a general rib rub and was expanded to work well on any grilled or baked meats where you want just a little heat with a lot of taste.
